Macau (often also called Macao) is a special administrative region of the People's Republic of China located approximately 50 kilometers west of Hong Kong. Until 1999 it was a Portuguese colony. Macau is rich in colonial-era attractions. The main sources of income are legal gambling there and the associated tourism from Hong Kong and mainland China, which is why Macau is often referred to as the Monte Carlo of the East or Las Vegas of the East.

With around 21,000 inhabitants per square kilometer, Macau has a very high population density. Macau's residents primarily speak Cantonese (85.7%), Hokkien (4%), Standard Chinese (3.2%) and other Chinese dialects (2.7%). 4.4% speak other languages, including predominantly English and Tagalog. The Macau language is a special creole language spoken today by only about 4,000 Macau people (an ethnic group of mixed Asian and Portuguese descent , around 2% of the population).

On this tour we will show you the most beautiful places in all of Macau and of course also let you into the casinos, where you can test your luck yourself.

Macau is partly reminiscent of Europe, as much of Europe has been recreated, such as the Eiffel Tower or the canals of Venice.

Macau also has the largest casinos in the world (of the 10 largest casinos in the world, 5 are in Macau! including places 1 and 2!)

Macau is unforgettable and should definitely be visited when vacationing in Hong Kong.

Then good luck!
