This is a 13-day interesting and beautiful round trip where you will visit the cosmopolitan city of Saigon, the Mekong Delta and the central plateau of Vietnam with one of the most beautiful cities, Dalat. Spend your beach holiday in the Pan Thiet beach resort on the route . Pan Thiet is a very beautiful seaside resort on the coast of the South China Sea. Recently, Pan Thiet was still a blank spot on the holiday map. It's reminiscent of Koh Samui 20 years ago. Now there are nice little bungalow complexes with loungers and parasols and good, inexpensive restaurants on the kilometer-long, wonderful sandy beach. One of the most beautiful golf courses in Vietnam is also located on this coast.
In Pan Thiet you can go on beautiful excursions. A “must” is a jeep tour through the wide sand dunes in the area. Mui Ne beach is also known for kite surfers.
Day 01: Arrival at the airport in Ho Chi Minh City.
Transfer to the booked city hotel. Overnight in Saigon.
Day 02: Ho Chi Minh - city tour and “Tunnel of Cu Chi”.
In the morning we visit the 18th century in Ho Chi Minh. built Giac Lam Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Ho Chi Minh, where the Vietnamese pray for good luck and health. We also visit the War Museum and the Presidential Palace. The Notre Dame Church and the old main post office are relics of the French colonial era. In the afternoon we drive to the Cu Chi tunnels, 70 km from Ho Chi Minh. During the Vietnam War, the Viet Cong built a 200 km long and up to 40 m deep tunnel system that served as a strategic base, command center, but also as a medical station and living area. Of course, this tunnel system was attacked daily by the Americans. Overnight in Saigon.
Day 03: Drive to the Mekong Delta to Mytho. After breakfast we drive to Mytho, the fertile farming area in the Mekong Delta. Boats take you to the region's numerous waterways. We drive to the Cajaput Forest, where the Viet Cong's secret base was during the war. There we walk through large orchards and look at the lush tropical flora. We then travel in small boats through an impassable, dense jungle landscape. A nice experience. Return journey and overnight in Saigon.
Day 04: Saigon - Dalat.
Travel by air-conditioned car or bus from Ho Chi Minh through the interior to the central plateau to Dalat. Overnight in Dalat.
Day 05: Dalat.
Dalat is 1500 m above sea level and is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Vietnam. Mild climate and sunshine almost every day. Fantastically beautiful vegetation with lakes, rivers and waterfalls characterize the surrounding landscape. We visit the Summer Palace, the Flower Garden and the Prenn Waterfall. Overnight in Dalat.
Day 06: Dalat - Nha Trang - Pan Thiet.
Drive from Dalat through dense mountain jungle into the valley. Continue to the seaside resort of Pan Thiet.
Day 6 – 12: Beach holiday in Pan Thiet in a resort right on the beach.
07 nights in a beach hotel with breakfast.
Day 13: Transfer to the airport.
